# Answer 7 Questions:

1. Do you remember your dreams – and if you do what do you think they mean?

Yes parts of them …sometimes they are way off the grid of reality and some would make great movies! Wouldn’t have a clue what they mean… I also sometimes dream of the future …weird insignificant stuff like a place or event!

2. Would you rather share your life with a pet or a person? (or a person who is a pet?)

Hmmm… haven’t met a person as yet other than family and have always have a easy connection with animals!

3. What is the most submissive aspect of your life and your personality?

Hmmm… in a sexual relationship I like a Alpha Male! I like to make people happy, don’t like conflict and/ or letting others down! My “Enneagram Type is mean’t to be No. 9 ~ The Peacemaker”

4. What is the most dominating?

In my job and role as a mom I take charge and am very protective of people I care for! In my job I am often sticking up for others…. when I see right from wrong!

5. if you could retrain as something, would you want to do that?

No not really I love my job as a Nurse, but there are things I would still like to try!

6. Which do you fear more – fire, water, or wind?

I’d have to pick Fire – it can be unpredictable and I’d hate to get burned!

7. How long on average each week do you listen to music?

A couple of hours per day at least!

# Inspiring words by my incredible friend Benjamin Prewitt! ~ Debs xox

Expressions of my life - An evolution of art.

Each day as we wake to face the rising sun we choose.
We choose to smile or frown
We choose to see the world in
Only a way that we can, a way through our eyes and our own interpretation
That make this life bearable and unique
To each one of us.
Today I choose to live with strength and forgiveness.
Today I choose to let the demons of yesterday die the a day gone bye.

As I rise on this day of all days I ask for forgiveness
Today as I rise a search the morning sky
For the strength to live my life with a pure heart, mind and soul.
For many in the world life is long and hard or full if the mundane.
More so than any can know sans those who live it through there eyes.
Today I choose to keep moving forward who will…

UNTITLED

You’d think that as people get older
They would choose not to cause others pain!

Yet with sadness I still do not understand
How people can do this again and again!

Why do they take this path still confuses me,
Why do they set out to use, then be ignorant and rude!

Sit in judgement, play silly games
And just be so damn inconsiderate and cruel.

It is something I will never understand,
Something I vow not to let change me…

And something I hope that one day…
Will all make some kind of sense!

Synopsis:

The holiday novella, Book 1.5, following the award-winning debut of Forged in Dreams and Magick in the Highland Legends Series:

Desperate to honor a life-long promise, Susanna MacEalan escapes her abusive clan with the fierce determination of never falling under the power of a man. Ever.

Aggravated by shallow-hearted pursuing lasses, Robert Brodie, commander of his clan’s elite guard, has foresworn scheming women. Forever.

When magick transforms Brodie Castle into a Christmas wonderland, the two despondent souls find solace in a most unexpected place . . . each other’s arms.

Amid a whirlwind of escalating events, Susanna’s traumatic past threatens Robert’s ability to protect the one woman meant for him. In a harrowing moment, as her fears and demons coalesce, will hope, faith, and love be enough to save them?

My Review:

Wow… with tears in my eyes and an ache in my chest I have just finished reading an exceptional love story by the incredible Author Kat Bastion.

This beautiful story is set in the Scottish Highlands and the time period is in the thirteenth century. It carries on from the first book in this “Highland Series” called “Forged in Dreams and Magick“, with the Brodie Clan celebrating their first Christmas! It’s filled with extremely loveable characters that make you wish you could find a portal so you could pop in for a visit… and maybe check out a hot alpha male or two wearing a sexy plaid/ or kilt <sigh> ;-P

Bound by Wish and Mistletoe” tells you a poignant yet very sensual tale about a unique love story between a lass called Susanna and the Brodie Clan’s, Commander Robert. Two people who were not looking for love but when their paths accidentally cross, a connection is formed forever! These words from the last page – “What is the greatest Magick?” – Susanna.Tis a miracle, rather! That two people who’d given up hope of findin’ love in this world, collided together.” – Robert …completely melted my heart!

I love this Authors writing style, as you find yourself drawn into a wonderful and magical tale that she is telling… the only way to explain how it makes me feel is like when I was a child and had stories read to me and the wide eyed wonder that I felt!
